How do I install my decal?
Installation is DIY. Your package includes a printed install instruction sheet with a link to a how-to video. You can also watch the video on our installation page before your order arrives.
How do I file a warranty claim?
If your decal peels or comes off, let us know and we will send a replacement for free. Every decal is covered by our 3-year guarantee. Contact us by email at info@workdecals.com.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will be emailed a tracking number one or two days after your order is placed.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with our product, tell us within 15 days of delivery and we will work on a replacement, or a refund of the product amount if you prefer. Because every decal is made to order, it cannot be resold, so please read our refunds and returns page, and contact us with any question before you buy.
Do I get a proof of my custom logo or door set?
Yes. After you order a ready-made logo design or a full-art door set, we fit your company name (and your USDOT and MC numbers, for a set) to it and email you a proof to approve. If we do not hear back within 3 days of sending the proof, we print it as shown. Lettering decals made in the builder do not need a proof, because you see exactly what will print in the live preview before you pay.
What materials do you use?
Our decals are made from 3M and Oracal vinyl, vinyl brands that sign shops use.
How tall do the letters need to be?
The federal marking rule, 49 CFR 390.21, does not give a minimum height in inches. It asks for your name and USDOT number on both sides of the truck, in letters that contrast sharply with the background and can be read from 50 feet in daylight while the vehicle is stopped. We offer 12, 18 and 24 inch widths so you can pick what fits your door.
