Shipping and Delivery
We ship made-to-order truck decals to addresses in the United States. This page explains what shipping costs, when you will get tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.
What shipping costs
- Flat rate: $5.99 per order, however many decals are in it.
- Free shipping: orders with $99 or more in decals ship free. The $99 is counted before any promo code is applied, so using a code never takes away free shipping.
You see the exact shipping amount at checkout before you pay.
When your order ships
Every decal is made to order. You will be emailed a tracking number one or two days after your order is placed, and the email includes a link to follow the package. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and then contact us.
How long delivery takes
Delivery time depends on the carrier and where you are, so we do not promise a delivery date. Your tracking page shows the carrier's latest estimate.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. Please check that the address you enter at checkout is complete and correct, including apartment or suite numbers. We cannot redirect a package once the carrier has it.
What is in the package
Your decals, a printed instruction sheet and a link to our install video. You can also watch it any time on the installation page.
If something is wrong
- Damaged or wrong item: email info@workdecals.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.
- Package marked delivered but missing: check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us with your tracking number.
- Decal peels or comes off later: our 3-year guarantee covers a free replacement. See refunds and returns.
