Two words of similar length make the tidiest block: DEEPWELL and DRILLING are eight and seven letters in the sample. Both lines use the same letter height, so the longer word sets the width and the shorter one sits centered beneath it. The blue line above runs about the width of that text block. Brown and mid blue are earthy colors, so they read best on white, cream, light gray and silver doors. On a black, dark brown or dark green door the lettering sinks into the paint, and a tan door leaves the brown with little contrast. The tower is drawn with fine lines, so from a distance it reads as a tall brown shape while the name carries the message. The design suits water well drilling and similar drilling work.
