Oil Drop Mobile Oil Change Logo

An amber oil drop, pointed at the top and round at the bottom, has a black open-end wrench laid straight across its middle, so the drop shows as an upper and a lower half. Under the icon, the sample name ROLLING LUBE is made up, and your company name replaces it. ROLLING is set in heavy black capitals, LUBE is much taller below it in the same black, and MOBILE OIL CHANGE closes the stack in small black capitals. All three lines are stretched to one width, so the block ends in clean left and right edges.

This is a three-tier layout: a medium top line, a very large middle line and a small trade line. The middle word gets the biggest letters, so a short word of four or five letters suits that slot best, as LUBE does in the sample. Every line is set to the same width, which means a long word on the top or middle line ends up with smaller letters than a short one. Send your company name when you order, and use the notes field for a tagline or color request. We fit the name to the design and send a proof to approve before anything is printed.

Black and amber are warm, high-contrast colors, so they read best on white, silver, light gray and cream doors. On a black or charcoal door the lettering and the wrench disappear and only the amber drop is left, and on a yellow or orange door the drop blends into the paint. On a mid gray or blue door the black lettering still holds, but the amber loses some punch. The drop and wrench picture suits a mobile oil change, a lube service or light vehicle maintenance, whether you run one van or a few.

Pick this look, send us your company name, approve the proof, and we print it. $120 per door.
