Oil Drop Mobile Oil Change Logo
An amber oil drop with a black wrench above heavy black capitals. Your name fitted and proofed first. $120 per door.
Mobile oil change van decals that tell a customer this is the van they booked: what to print, sample text, an oil drop and wrench logo and the contour cut.
Mobile oil change van decals answer one question before the customer opens the front door: is this the van I booked? Put the business name, the words "mobile oil change" and a phone number on both doors, large enough to read from a driveway or an office lot. The sections below cover layouts, a logo and how to keep costs sensible.
Your work comes to the customer, and that is the thing people notice. A stranger's van in the driveway raises a question until the door answers it. "Mobile oil change" does that in three words. If your van also does related work, a short extra line is fine, but do not let it crowd the first three.
None of them needs prices, oil brands or a service menu. A printed price is out of date as soon as you change it, and vinyl does not update.
All names and numbers here are made up.
Short version. The Business Name + Phone decal is $30.99 per decal and is the simpler choice if you have a name and a number to show:
Five-line version. The Make-Your-Own 5-Line decal is $51:
The 5-line decal costs more than the short one, and every extra line shrinks the others, so pick the five-line version only if the website or tagline really helps. The door builder lets you preview both before ordering.
The Oil Drop Mobile Oil Change Logo is $120 per door. An amber oil drop with a black wrench crossing it sits above two lines of heavy black capitals, with a small "Mobile Oil Change" line beneath. The sample reads "Rolling Lube." Your name is fitted to the layout and a proof comes to you for approval, so you can see exactly how it will print.
The drop says "oil" and the wrench says "service," so even someone who only catches the picture gets the idea. The small bottom line is the hardest part to read at distance, so the phone number needs its own decal.
The optional contour cut costs $10 more per door. It cuts the decal to the shape of the logo instead of leaving a rectangle. On a white or light van the amber drop and the black capitals sit cleanly on the paint.
Amber is a mid-tone, though, and it loses strength on a yellow, orange or beige van. On a dark van, black capitals would vanish without a rectangle behind them. If your van is either of those, leave the cut off and keep the rectangle.
Decals are separate pieces, so you can begin with a Business Name + Phone decal on each door and add a logo later, once you know the business is working. When you do, our removal guide explains how to take off the first decals, and the truck lettering cost guide shows how the totals stack up. Also see how die-cut letters differ from rectangular decals.
We sell decals, not wraps. For related service vans, see mobile mechanic truck decals and mobile tire service van decals.
Three lines cover it: your business name, "mobile oil change" and a phone number. Add "we come to you" or a service area if it helps people understand what you do. Skip prices, brand names and product lists, because they change. Keep the name identical to what appears on your booking messages.
A simple image the eye catches right away. An oil drop is the obvious choice, and a wrench adds the idea of service. Heavy capitals beneath hold up when the van is moving. Skip tiny details, thin outlines and a long tagline in small type, because those blur at a distance. The amber drop design above follows that rule.
Only if the address is short. A long web address forces small letters, and few people copy a URL from a moving van. A phone number works better. If you do want one, the 5-line decal has room, and the builder shows how small the lines get before you buy.
Wash the area, lift an edge slowly and work with care so you do not scratch the paint. Our removal guide covers the steps and what to do about leftover adhesive. Removing and reapplying a decal is outside our guarantee, so plan on new decals for the next vehicle.
No. A wrap covers large areas of a vehicle. Ours are made-to-order lettering and logo decals for doors and similar panels, up to 24 inches wide. They suit a van that only needs a name, a service line and a number. Installation is do-it-yourself, with an instruction sheet and an install video link in the package.
