Orange and navy are opposites, so the pair has strong contrast on white, cream, silver and light gray doors. On a dark blue or black door the navy tool and lettering drop out, and on an orange or rust door the block disappears. The letters are narrow, so they read best close up or at a short distance, while the orange block does the talking from farther off. It suits drywall hanging, taping and finishing crews.
