Carrier name on line one, CPCN or MV with your number on line two. Preview it on a door, then order. $22.99 per decal.
A two-line decal for a carrier regulated by the Nevada Transportation Authority: your carrier name on line one, and either CPCN with your certificate number or MV with your permit number on line two, such as CPCN 1234. Nevada's NAC 706.170 sets out which prefix goes with which number. Our builder sample uses white lettering on a blue sticker, with a silver door behind it. Single decals are $22.99 each, and a matched pair is $45.98.
Match the prefix to the number on your authority papers. Under the rule, CPCN goes with a certificate number, and MV goes with a permit number for contract carriers. Those are the two combinations the rule describes, so do not mix them. If you hold a certificate, use CPCN and the certificate number. If you hold a permit, use MV and the permit number. If you are unsure which applies, ask the Nevada Transportation Authority before you type the line, because the preview prints whatever you enter.
The CPCN or MV line is a Nevada authority number. It is not a USDOT number, and it does not replace one. Nevada's DMV says that a USDOT number is needed even for a carrier that only stays in Nevada, when its vehicle weighs 26,001 pounds or more. If both rules apply to your truck, it needs both numbers. Our USDOT Decal Sticker prints the USDOT line on its own, and the USDOT and MC two-line decal prints a USDOT line with an MC line.
The standard decal is one solid rectangle with the two lines printed on it. The sticker can be White, Black, Yellow, Silver, Red or Blue, and the lettering can be Black, White, Red or Blue. The price does not change with the width you pick, so 12, 18 and 24 inches cost the same, and those widths describe the decal. For $5 more per decal, the Contour cut follows each line's own lettering and makes it a separate piece. Read the full NAC section at the link, including its lettering requirements, before you choose a width. The three-year guarantee means a decal that lifts or comes loose is replaced at no cost. For larger trucks, see our semi truck door decals page and our box truck decals page.
Shipping is $7.99 per order, free over $99, with tracking by email one or two days after you order. Install is DIY with a printed sheet and video link in the box. A 3-year guarantee covers a free replacement if it peels or comes off. Details: shipping, install, refunds and returns.
Two lines. Line one is the carrier name you type. Line two is CPCN and your certificate number, or MV and your permit number, such as CPCN 1234 or MV 1234. The builder sample is Acme Freight over CPCN 1234, white lettering on a blue sticker. Check your text against your authority papers in the preview before you pay $22.99. A matched pair for both sides is $45.98.
Follow your papers. As NAC 706.170 sets out, CPCN goes with a certificate number, and MV goes with a permit number for contract carriers. If the number on your papers is a certificate, the prefix is CPCN. If it is a permit, the prefix is MV. Do not pick a prefix because it sounds more official. If your papers seem to conflict with each other, confirm with the Nevada Transportation Authority before you place the order.
Measure the flat area you plan to use, and pick a width that fits with some margin at each edge. Those widths describe how wide the decal is, not how tall the letters stand. Two lines stack one above the other, so the live preview is the place to see how they sit on the door. The door decal size guide covers sizing for doors in general.
The contour cut is a $5 add-on per decal. Each line follows its own lettering and is made as a separate piece, so a two-line order arrives as two pieces. The standard version is one solid rectangle in the background color you choose. Pick the contour cut if you want each line to have its own shape, and the standard rectangle if you want one panel behind the text.
Check four things in the live preview against your paperwork: the carrier name, the prefix, the number and the spacing between them. Compare the prefix with the number on your papers rather than from memory. Printing is final, so a single wrong digit means a new decal. Tracking emails go out 1 to 2 days after the order, so watch for that message.

I had quite a few questions before ordering, all of which were answered promptly on a Sunday, which I was so thankful for. My order arrived much earlier than expected and the quality is amazing! I will definitely be ordering again in the future.
They were super easy to work with and even did a custom decal order for me that shipped with my truck decals. The designs were made to order and adjustments were made as requested. Great response times as well. Extremely pleased with my order!
Good quality, worked with me to make sure we were happy with final product, highly recommend!
