Raindrop Block Gutter Logo
A bold blue raindrop beside heavy navy block capitals. Your name fitted and proofed first. $120 per door.
Gutter truck decals for ladder-rack pickups, vans and trailers: where to place lettering, door text samples, a raindrop logo and colors that hold up in rain.
Gutter truck decals are shaped by one thing most trades do not have: a ladder rack. Racks, ladders and the gear loaded around them can hide the upper part of a truck side. Put the lettering low, on the part of the door that stays visible with the ladders on, and keep it to a name, a trade word and a phone number.
Before choosing a decal, look at the truck loaded. Walk around it with the ladders on the rack and see which part of the door and the bed side stays clear. That is the area the decal must fit. Our door decal size guide explains the 12, 18 and 24 inch widths, and the live preview in the door builder lets you see the result before ordering.
A rack mounts above the cab, so the door itself is usually unobstructed, which makes the door the dependable spot on a rack truck. The rear doors and sides of a van are also open surfaces, unless the ladders hang over them.
Some gutter crews tow a trailer with forming equipment, and a trailer side can carry the same name, as noted in trailer decals for business. Ribbed trailer sides can keep a decal from lying flat, so check the surface first.
A homeowner who looks up at their roofline and sees your truck parked at the curb is the reader. Three short lines are enough:
For a longer door, the Make-Your-Own 5-Line decal at $45 per decal can carry five lines of text, such as a city and a website. The three-line version is the Business Name + Phone Number decal at $24.99 per decal. Words that people use for the work, such as gutter cleaning, guards and downspouts, fit a service line better than a long list.
Gutter installation is a licensed or registered trade in some places and not in others. Ask your state licensing board whether a number belongs on the vehicle before you add one.
The Raindrop Block Gutter Logo is $120 per door. A bold blue raindrop sits beside heavy navy block capitals, with your name fitted to the layout. A proof arrives before printing.
The raindrop tells a passerby what you do without a word, which helps on a door seen from a distance. The layout is wide, with the drop on the left and the name running across, so it fits a long door better than a narrow one. If your name is long, check the proof to see whether it breaks onto a second line.
Blue and navy are a common brand color pair for water-related trades, and that creates one trap. On a blue or dark navy truck the lettering disappears into the paint. The rectangular decal gives the artwork a background of its own. On white, silver or yellow trucks, the contour cut is an option at $10 more per door, which trims the vinyl to the artwork so no box shows. Rain, spray and mud dull all colors, so strong contrast is the safer choice. The install guide covers putting the decal on a clean door.
Some gutter crews wonder about removable signs because trucks get swapped around. We sell decals, not magnets, but our guide to magnetic signs explains when a magnet works: steel panels, flat and clean. Test a magnet on your own door first, since only steel holds one.
Other exterior trades with similar trucks: roofing and pressure washing.
Your business name, the word gutters and a phone number. Add one line for what you do, such as installation, guards or cleaning, and your service area if it helps. Keep the lettering large and the lines short, because a customer reads a parked truck in a few seconds.
It can, depending on the truck. The door is usually clear of a roof rack, but ladders and gear can hide parts of a bed side or a van panel. Load the truck, walk around it and choose a spot that stays visible. Then preview the decal in the builder.
It suits any water-related trade, but it is made for gutter work, with your name fitted to it and "Gutters" in the second line of the layout. If you also do roof cleaning or downspouts, the drop still makes sense, though the trade word is the part to look at on your proof.
We do not publish fade ratings, so we cannot promise how colors age on your truck. The decals are printed on 3M and Oracal vinyl and come with our 3-year guarantee, which replaces a decal that peels or comes off. Washing the truck keeps the lettering readable.
The logo is $120 per door, plus $10 per door for the contour cut. A pair for both doors is $260. Shipping is a flat $5.99, or free on orders of $99 and over. You approve a proof before anything is printed.

The federal marking rule allows removable signs such as magnets. Here is what they must do, where magnets fail, and when an adhesive decal is the simpler choice.
