Caution Wide Turns Decal

A two-line courtesy decal for a vehicle that needs extra room on turns: CAUTION on the top line and WIDE TURNS below it, set up in the builder as the sample. The wording is your choice, and we print exactly what you type. It suits a box truck with a long body, a hauler pulling a trailer, or a flatbed carrying a long load. It is $22.99 per decal in 3M or Oracal vinyl, and the Set of 2 option is $45.98: two identical decals, one for each side of the vehicle.

This decal is a message you choose to display. It is not a marking that any rule requires, it does not replace a marking that a rule asks for, and we do not say it satisfies anything. Its only job is to tell people near the truck that it swings wide at the corners. We make no claim that it reduces accidents or changes anyone's liability. The real work of a safe turn happens in the cab, with the mirrors, a slow approach and a clear view of the corner, and the decal is one extra note on the outside of the vehicle. If your truck is covered by the federal marking rule, 49 CFR 390.21 asks for a legal name and a USDOT number on both sides. This decal carries neither, so read the USDOT number display rules page before you decide what else goes on the truck.

Two lines is the usual setup, but both lines are free text. CAUTION over WIDE TURNS is the sample, and you could type CAUTION over LONG LOAD or any other pair of short lines that describes your vehicle. Whatever you type prints as typed, so check spelling and capital letters in the live preview. The colors on the product page are samples. Sticker backgrounds are White, Black, Yellow, Silver, Red or Blue, lettering is Black, White, Red or Blue, and the width is 12, 18 or 24 inches. Picking a different color or width does not change the price on this page. Prep and installation are a do-it-yourself job. Clean the panel, let it dry and work in shade if you can. The contour cut, at +$5 per decal, cuts each line close around its own lettering, so CAUTION and WIDE TURNS come off as two separate pieces instead of one rectangle.
