Contractor License Number Decal

We cannot tell you, and we make no claim either way. Your state licensing board is the place to ask whether a license number belongs on a vehicle, on which vehicles, and in what wording. When you ask, have your license type and the vehicle's use ready, and ask whether the number must carry a prefix. Rules change, so confirm before you order.

Two lines. The first is your business name, up to 32 characters, and the second is your license number, up to 24. The builder sample reads Acme Roofing over LIC # 123456. Type the license line as your board issued it, with any prefix it uses. Whatever you enter is what prints, so compare the live preview with your certificate before you pay.

No. It has no USDOT line. If your truck is covered by the federal marking rule, 49 CFR 390.21 asks for the legal name or single trade name and the USDOT number on both sides.
