Balloon Cluster Party Rental Logo
Three bright balloons above bold magenta capitals. Your name fitted and proofed first. $120 per door.
Party rental truck decals for the truck that arrives at every event: what to print, sample door text, a balloon logo, the contour cut and a color tip.
Party rental truck decals get seen at the one moment that matters: the truck is parked outside the venue while guests walk past it on the way in. The doors should carry your company name, "party rentals" and a phone number, in cheerful colors that match the rest of your brand. Below are layouts, a balloon logo and a note on bigger vehicles.
A rental truck arrives with tents, tables, chairs or similar gear, and it comes back again at the end. Both visits put it in front of the host and the guests. That is a different audience from a roadside crew: people have a minute to look, and the mood is festive, so a friendly look suits the doors.
The text still has to work for a driver stuck behind you at a light, so keep the name big and the lines few.
Only list products you really stock. "Tents, tables and chairs" is a promise, and your own inventory changes more often than vinyl does.
Name and number. The Business Name + Phone decal is $30.99 per decal:
Name, city and numbers. The Custom USDOT Logo is $32 per decal and holds four lines:
Whether a rental truck needs a USDOT number depends on weight and use, so read who needs a USDOT number. Our display rules page covers placement if one applies. You can use a number decal low on the door and a name-and-phone decal higher up, since they are separate pieces.
The Balloon Cluster Party Rental Logo is $120 per door. Three balloons in pink, yellow and teal sit on short strings above big magenta capitals. The sample reads "Party Pop Rentals," with "Party" and "Rentals" smaller than "Pop." We fit your name to the layout and send a proof before anything is printed.
It is a playful design, so it suits a business whose customers are planning a birthday or a wedding. It has no phone number, so that goes on a separate decal. If your name is short, the heavy letters fill the width nicely.
The optional contour cut (+$10 per door) cuts the decal to the shape of the logo instead of a rectangle. For this design the three balloons and the capitals follow the cut line, so they sit right on your paint. The strings are thin, so look at how they come through on the proof.
Magenta pops on white and light trucks. On a red, purple or dark truck it fades, and the rectangle option may read better. Check the proof against your truck color.
Our decals are up to 24 inches wide, which suits cab doors. The cargo side of a box truck is far larger, so a decal covers only part of it. Our box truck decals page covers what goes on a box truck's cab doors. For a sense of costs, see truck lettering cost. We sell decals, not wraps.

The name of the business, a short line saying what you rent and a phone number. Add a city if you serve one area. Keep it friendly but readable: two or three colors, large capitals, no long lists. Anything that can change, such as stock or prices, belongs on your website, not in vinyl.
It depends on the weight and use of the truck, so there is no single answer for the trade. Read our USDOT guide to see the factors, then check with your state agency for your own vehicle. Rules change, and we cannot decide for you.
Yes, if it has a clean, flat panel. Decals up to 24 inches wide suit a door-sized area, and ribbed or riveted sides can stop vinyl from lying flat. Measure first. Some rental companies tow trailers, and the process is the same as for a truck door.
Bright colors are the point, but contrast still decides readability. The balloon design uses magenta, which holds up on white or light trucks. A bright logo on a bright truck of a similar color can blur. Check your truck color against the proof, and ask us through the contact form if you are unsure.
