House and Hammer Remodeling Logo
A gold house outline with a hammer above navy capitals. Your name fitted and proofed first. $120 per door.
Remodeling truck decals for pickups and vans: what to print, sample kitchen and bath contractor layouts, a house and hammer logo and removal tips.
Remodeling truck decals get a different kind of reading than a delivery truck's. The truck sits at the curb in front of a kitchen or bath job for days or weeks, so neighbors and passers-by read it slowly, sometimes more than once. That means a remodeler can print a little more than a driver-by trade would: the company name, what you remodel, and a phone number. We make decals, not wraps, so everything here is door lettering.
A truck on a job site is a sign for the whole project. Rank the lines by what a neighbor wants to know:
On licensing, check with your state licensing board whether it wants a license number shown. Rules differ by state and we do not state one. If your board does want it, a five-line decal can carry it as plain text.
Searches for construction truck logo ideas bring up hard hats, tools and house outlines. For a remodeler, a house shape with one tool is the cleanest idea, because it says home work in one image. Keep it to one image and a heavy name. A crowded logo with a toolbelt, a blueprint and a slogan reads as noise at the curb.
All names and numbers are made up.
Two-line approach. The Business Name + Phone decal is built around a name, a short service line and a phone number:
Five lines for a bigger crew. In the Make-Your-Own 5-Line decal every line is free text:
Logo on the truck, text on the trailer. If you tow a trailer for tools and debris, the trailer can carry a text decal. See construction truck decals for crews that run several trucks.
The House and Hammer Remodeling Logo is a gold house outline with a hammer tucked inside, above navy capitals in two lines. We fit your name to it and send a proof to approve before printing. It costs $120 per door.
Navy carries the legibility here. The gold house is a mid-tone outline, so it is the part to inspect on the proof against your truck's paint. The stacked layout works well with a name like Oakridge Remodeling, where the two words fall into two lines. A name with a long first word will need to shrink. If you want a phone number on the same door, use a text decal on the other door or add one next to the logo.
On logo designs a contour cut costs $10 per door. The decal follows the outline of the house, hammer and letters instead of a rectangle. On a silver or dark gray pickup, which many contractors drive, a contour cut avoids a visible box. Our guide to die-cut letters vs rectangular decals explains the difference. The cost of the rest of the door is in our truck lettering cost guide.
Contractor pickups tend to be white, silver, gray or black. On white, Black or Blue lettering on a White sticker background is easy to read, while Black on Yellow gives the strongest contrast of the standard options. On a dark truck, White lettering on a Black or Blue background is the clearest choice. Blue and Red lettering add $2 in the door builder.
Remodelers rebrand, merge or sell trucks. Taking a decal off without hurting the paint needs a careful method, and our removal guide walks through it. Our related trade pages include handyman truck decals and painting truck decals.
The type of work and a phone number. "Kitchens, Baths and Additions" tells a neighbor whether you are the right call. Leave out a long list of services, a website and slogans, since the truck is read at curb distance. If your state wants a license number shown, ask your licensing board first.
We ship door decals anywhere in the US and make them to order, so you do not need a local shop. Install is DIY: the package includes an instruction sheet and a link to the install video, which is also on the install page. Our truck lettering near me page explains the options.
Yes. Each decal is made to order and sold individually, so you can order one door now and the other later. Match the position by measuring from the same landmarks on both doors. If you want both sides identical, order them together.
The logo is $120 per door, so $240 for both, or $260 with a contour cut. A proof arrives before printing. Shipping is a flat $5.99 and free at $99 and above. The Business Name + Phone decal is $24.99 per decal if you want a plainer door.
Wash and dry the door, tape the position, then use a squeegee from the middle out. Our install guide has the full steps. The instruction sheet in your package is the final word if the two ever differ.
