USDOT Decal Sticker

Truck decals near me: Work Decals is an online shop based in Los Angeles that ships across the US. Learn how tracking works and who can install them.
Searching for truck decals near me? Work Decals sells online only. We are based in Los Angeles, California, but there is no storefront and no pickup counter, so every order is shipped to you anywhere in the United States. People who type "near me" usually want three things: a decal soon, a person who answers, and no surprises on arrival. This page covers each one, then the one job that still benefits from someone nearby: putting the decal on.
Each decal is made after you order, so none is waiting on a shelf. A tracking email follows within one to two days, with a link for following the parcel. Past that point the carrier controls the timing, and its latest estimate is whatever the tracking page shows. We do not name a delivery date.
Two habits protect your schedule. A parcel already with the carrier cannot be rerouted, so read the checkout address twice, suite or apartment number included. And for a hard deadline, such as a contract start or an inspection, order well ahead and keep a day free for application. Shipping is a flat $7.99, and orders of $99 or more pay nothing for it, with the $99 counted before discounts.
There is no counter, but there is an inbox: info@workdecals.com, or the contact form. Our refunds page asks you to write before you buy if anything about a layout is unclear, because we know the products well and usually spot an order that does not add up. A question about a rush, an odd door or a long company name is the right use of that.
A shop would hand you a sample. Online, the stand-ins are the live preview in the door builder, which redraws a truck door as you type, and a cardboard cutout taped to your own door at 12, 18 or 24 inches, the three widths. The ready-made logo designs, $120 per door, also come with an emailed proof that you must approve before anything is printed.
Distance matters here, because only an installer has to be nearby. A flat, clear door panel, a shaded spot, masking tape and a squeegee get you most of the way, and the video on our install page shows the method. The printed sheet in the package covers the same steps.
Bring in a local installer if the surface is ribbed or riveted, if you have no shade to work in, or if several trucks make your own time worth more than the labor. When you phone one, give the decal's width, the quantity and the surface, and ask for a price for application only. Whoever applies it should place it once: the 3-year guarantee does not cover damage from removing and reapplying. The DIY versus installer guide compares the costs, and the truck door install guide describes the steps whichever route you take.
The price is on screen while you build, so you do not need a quote. Per decal, a few anchors:
Order a Set of 2 for both doors, which is exactly double. If your search was closer to lettering, see truck lettering near me, and custom truck decals compares the four kinds we make.
Order early. Expect the tracking email within one to two days and a carrier estimate after that, with no promised delivery date from us. If something important depends on the date, ask us through the contact form before you pay, and set aside a day to put the decals on once they arrive.
Some will and some will not, so ask before you order. Tell them the width and quantity, and ask whether they charge a minimum for application only. We do not recommend or vouch for any shop. Have the decals delivered to you, then take the package, instruction sheet included, to the shop.
Use the preview and a paper test. The builder draws your lines, colors and width on a generic truck door, and a cardboard cutout at the same width shows how it sits on your real panel. Read the lines closely, since decals are made exactly as typed and a wrong digit is not covered by the guarantee.
Nothing about a made-to-order decal changes with distance. What counts is the vinyl, the accuracy of your lines and the guarantee, which is 3 years here. Our decals are 3M and Oracal vinyl, and a decal that peels or comes off is replaced free. Distance only affects how long delivery takes.
Inside the United States only. Checkout shows the exact shipping amount before you pay, and how long the carrier takes depends on where you are. If your address is unusual and you doubt it will work, ask through the contact form before ordering rather than after.
Just the number: your USDOT number in clear lettering. Same 3M/ORACAL vinyl, same 3-year warranty.
The classic interstate stack: USDOT over MC. Centered, spaced, 2" letters. Add GVW or CA# in the builder.
Your business name, city, USDOT and MC together on one decal. Pick color, pick size, stick it on.
We ship decals and do not install them. Here is how to decide between doing it yourself and hiring a local installer, and what to ask a shop before you agree.
