Trailer / Unit Number Decal (Pair)
Unit numbers + GVWR line for trailers and box trucks. Add VIN last-8 in the builder notes.
Live preview. Type your lines on the right and watch the door update.
One unit number on its own decal, such as UNIT 214. Type it, preview it, order. $18.99 each.
One line, one number: a unit number such as UNIT 214, printed on its own decal so a truck in your fleet can be picked out at a glance. Type the text you use, whether that is UNIT 214, #214 or just 214. Preview it on a door, then pick the width and both colors. The sticker is a solid rectangle made from 3M or Oracal vinyl.
This decal carries only the unit number. It has no company name or USDOT number on it, so it works as an extra identifier beside your other lettering, and the number itself comes from your own system. The USDOT Decal Sticker and the Company Name + USDOT Decal are separate products. Our fleet unit number guide covers how carriers plan their numbering.
Settle the format before you order a batch. A fixed length such as 007 keeps every decal the same width, and a prefix like UNIT stops a bare number from reading as extra digits beside other numbers on the door. Avoid pairs people mix up, such as the letter O and zero, or the letter I and the numeral 1. Each number is typed separately, so a fleet means one entry per truck.
Every width costs the same $18.99 per decal, and each one is a single piece. A truck with a number on both doors takes two with the same text. Shipping is a flat $7.99 per order and free at $99, and eight decals at $18.99 come to $151.92, enough to cross that line. Under the 3-year guarantee, a peeling decal is replaced free. For a matched pair with an optional GVWR line, the Trailer / Unit Number pair is $24.99.
Shipping is $7.99 per order, free over $99, with tracking by email one or two days after you order. Install is DIY with a printed sheet and video link in the box. A 3-year guarantee covers a free replacement if it peels or comes off. Details: shipping, install, refunds and returns.
Anything up to 24 characters: UNIT 214, #214, T-12 or a letter and number such as B07. The builder sample is UNIT 214. Your text prints as typed, and the guarantee does not cover a mistyped digit. If you run a mix of equipment, a letter prefix can show the type of truck at a glance.
Add one entry per different number and order two of each if you want it on both doors. Orders of $99 or more ship free, counted before discounts, and promo code 10OFFNOW takes 10% off decals. Write your list of numbers and prefixes down first so every truck's decal matches your records.
That is your call, and we do not state any rule about it. Pick a spot that dispatchers, drivers and mechanics can see from where they stand, and use the same spot on every truck so people learn where to look. Door sizes vary from truck to truck, so measure the flat area before choosing a width. The door decal size guide can help.
Yes. The rectangle goes on a trailer panel, a box side or a door, as long as the surface is clean and flat. If you want a GVWR line to go with the number, the Trailer / Unit Number pair has an optional second line. The trailer decals page has layout ideas for the rest of the trailer.
No. Each decal is made to order and printed once, so a number cannot be edited afterward. To retire a number, remove the decal and order a new one, and the removal guide covers how. To tell crews or truck types apart in advance, you can color-code, since six background colors are available.
