USDOT Decal with GA Suffix (Georgia)
USDOT, your number, then GA, such as USDOT 1234567 GA. Type it, preview it, order. $18.99 per decal.
Live preview. Type your lines on the right and watch the door update.
One line of payload wording, such as PAYLOAD 2,000 LBS. Type it, preview it, order. $18.99 per decal.
One line of wording about how much a truck can carry, set up in the builder as PAYLOAD 2,000 LBS in black on a yellow sticker. Change it to your own figure and phrasing, such as MAX LOAD or CAPACITY, and the preview shows the result on a truck door. The decal is a solid rectangle of 3M or Oracal vinyl and it prints exactly what you type. It is $18.99 per decal, and the Set of 2 option is $37.98.
Be clear about what this is. It is a lettered decal that you write. It is not a manufacturer's certification label and it does not replace one, so leave the maker's label where it is. The figure has to come from the vehicle's own label, the owner's manual or the paperwork from whoever built or upfitted the body. We cannot check a number for you, and we do not say that any rule requires a payload decal. It is a reminder for the people who load the truck, and the figure on it is your responsibility.
Payload is not the same number as GVWR. GVWR is the manufacturer's maximum loaded weight for the whole vehicle, as 49 CFR 390.5T puts it, and payload is a separate figure, so we publish no formula for it. If you want the rating on the door instead, the GVW decal is $18.99, and our weight sticker guide explains the labels and the two states where a weight display is verified. To show a GVW line under a USDOT number on one rectangle, the USDOT / MC / CA / GVW four-line decal is built for that.
The line holds up to 28 characters, so PAYLOAD 2,000 LBS, at 17, fits easily. Other examples are MAX LOAD 3,000 LBS and CAPACITY 4,000 LBS. Never print a number higher than the maker's figure, because someone may load to what the door says. If you add a body, a rack or a heavy tool box later, ask the maker or the shop that did the work whether the figure changes before you print. It is $18.99 at 12, 18 or 24 inches wide, and it suits a flatbed, a dump truck or a box truck panel that is flat and clean.
Shipping is $7.99 per order, free over $99, with tracking by email one or two days after you order. Install is DIY with a printed sheet and video link in the box. A 3-year guarantee covers a free replacement if it peels or comes off. Details: shipping, install, refunds and returns.
One line of free text, up to 28 characters. The builder sample reads PAYLOAD 2,000 LBS, and you can swap it for MAX LOAD, CAPACITY or any short wording you like. The decal prints your text as entered, so proofread the digits and the commas in the live preview before you pay $18.99. Order the Set of 2 if you want it on both sides.
No. It is lettering that you choose and type, and it is not a certification label. Keep the maker's label in place and do not cover it. Use that label and your owner's manual as the source for any figure you print, and ask the maker or an upfitter when you are unsure what a modified truck can carry.
Not on this one-line decal, although you can type a short phrase on it. For two lines of weight, the GVW + TARE decal is $22.99. For several lines, the Make-Your-Own 5-Line decal is $51 and takes any text. Each line prints smaller as you add more, so read the preview to see how the figures sit.
We do not say that any rule requires one, and we found no verified payload display rule to point to. The weight rules we could verify cover other markings: New Jersey asks for the GVWR on certain commercial vehicles, and California uses its own DMV weight decals. Ask your state's commercial vehicle agency what applies to your truck.
The 12, 18 and 24 inch options are decal widths, and all three cost $18.99. Letters are sized to fit the line, so shorter wording prints larger. Measure the flat area on your truck first, choose the widest width that fits, and judge the result in the preview. Our door decal size guide compares the three.

Good communication with seller. Easy to install.
I had quite a few questions before ordering, all of which were answered promptly on a Sunday, which I was so thankful for. My order arrived much earlier than expected and the quality is amazing! I will definitely be ordering again in the future.
They were super easy to work with and even did a custom decal order for me that shipped with my truck decals. The designs were made to order and adjustments were made as requested. Great response times as well. Extremely pleased with my order!
